PROCESSING/SHIPPING POLICY

1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling? 

Ready-2-go items require up to 2 Business days to ship.
Other items require up to 5 days to be shipped.
Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) 

Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.

Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location

2. When will my tracking number start to update?

After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact customer service at tracking@lacedbybae.com


3. Can I make changes to my order?

To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.


4. May I return my order?

 All Transactions and purchases made on the site is final and Laced By Bae offers no return and exchange unless it can be clearly shown that the product shipped is defected.  Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT issue refunds. All sales are final.

If you received the wrong product, missing any products or have concerns please contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving the merchandise. You must inspect the product immediately.  Returns@lacedbybae.com. We're happy to rectify the issue. Please do not unravel, wet, play with, install, open or alter the product. 

Once an order is placed and processed, we WILL NOT cancel, adjust or apply any discounts to it. Please double check your order before checking out.
