Dive Into Your First Visit

Your hair and scalp will be treated to a comprehensive 3-part cleanse—clarifying, therapeutic, and hydrating—followed by a nourishing conditioner and leave-in treatment. We'll finish with a blow-dry and low-tension braid, then refresh your scalp with our anti-itch products. Bring or receive bundles for sewing or gluing. Light layers are included along with styling.

Must- Know's - Payment Policy

  • Retainer Fee

    A retainer fee secures your appointment slot and is applied toward your total cost. Depending on your service, we require 30% or 50% at booking. Retainer fees are non-refundable.

    Exceptions apply if your service provider cancels due to illness, emergency, or inclement weather. In these cases, your retainer will be transferred to a future appointment or refunded in full.

  • Remaining Balance

    Remaining balance payment options include Apple Pay, Zelle, cash, or card.
    Photo identification is required for all card transactions.
    Remaining balance payments are non-refundable.

  • Reschedule

    You must reschedule your appointment via email at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. Your retainer fee can be transferred to a future appointment. If you do not reschedule within this timeframe, your retainer fee will be forfeited. Additionally, if you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your retainer fee will be forfeited and your appointment will be cancelled.

Must - Do's Before Appointment

  • Detangle Natural Hair

    Arrive with hair that's shampoo-ready and free from tangles or matting. If your hair needs detangling, please book that service in advance so we can give it the proper time and care it deserves.

  • Bundles

    Remove rubber bands and plastic from bundle. Saturate and shampoo hair and weft. Let hair hang dry. Allow 24 hours to air dry. They should not be damp or tangled. Use butterfly clips and separate them by length.

  • Lace

    Wigs and Frontals- Must be dropped off 48 hours in advance. If not, your appointment will be cancelled.

    Closures - bring to your appointment.

    All lace must be HD. No exceptions.

  • Blonde Highlights: 7-10 days. ($60/bundle)

Bundles must be no longer than 22".
