Prepare for Appointment
- All services include a shampoo unless stated otherwise. Please contact provider to add-on detangling.
- All install services: Please shampoo, condition and thoroughly rinse bundles at home at least 24 hours in advance. Remember to remove rubber bands to allow bundles to air dry properly.
Don’t want to? Allow me! This service is also listed as ‘bundle bath’. Please do not apply product to hair that is being styled with heat. - Lace wigs & frontal sew ins: Bring your lace into the salon no later than 48 hours prior to hair appointment. (HD lace only) Please arrange drop-off prior to arriving.
See hair included options for the best lace! - Color: If you’ve selected color services, add an additional 7 days to your processing time. Please arrange drop-off prior to arriving.
Lastly, don’t be shy about voicing your concerns and preferences. I’d like keep your needs in mind the entire time so let me know before we get started. This a service especially provided for you!

Payments
30% or 50% deposit is required to secure all future appointments.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Remaining balance payment options include cash, card, or Zelle. photo identification is required for all credit card transactions.

Exceptions: Service provider cancellation due to illness, emergencies or inclement weather.
Reschedule or Cancel
You can cancel or reschedule via confirmation email until 48 hours prior to your appointment. After that, cancelling will result in deposit forfeiture. Rescheduling would require another deposit.
Running Late
It’s fine, there are no late fees!
However, if you are significantly late, resulting in your appointment being cancelled, you’ll need to pay a new deposit to schedule another appointment.
