30% or 50% deposit is required to secure all future appointments.

Deposit payments are non-refundable unless the appointment is canceled by the service provider due to emergencies or inclement weather.

Remaining balance payment options include cash, card, or Zelle. Cash payments qualify for discounts, and a drivers license is required for all credit card transactions.

For sew-ins, wig installs, and quick weaves please bring your hair into the salon no later than 24 hours prior to hair appointment.

For custom wig creations and repairs, please bring your hair in and get measurements no later than 48 hours prior to hair appointment.

If you’ve selected color services, add an additional 72 hours to your processing time.

Same-day prep is available (excluding color services). Extra fees may apply.

You can cancel or reschedule via confirmation email until 48 hours prior to your appointment. Deposit will not be refunded but it can be transferred.

$50 of your deposit will become non-transferable when rescheduling within 48 hours.

Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in deposit forfeiture as all deposits are non-refundable.

It’s fine, there are no late fees!

However, if you are significantly late, rescheduling/cancellation may be necessary. $50 of your deposit would be non-transferable.

In a perfect world, there would be no policy but we live & learn so it is in place to protect both the client and service providers experience. 

We do offer discounts in the case of late cancellation or rescheduling on our end.
